3. Booking and Payments

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Participant Cancellations:
  • For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service, a full refund, minus an administrative fee, may be issued.
  • For cancellations made 3-7 days prior, a partial refund or credit towards a future service may be offered.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.
• Clove Compass Cancellations: In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, extreme weather affecting an outdoor tour, insufficient participant numbers), Clove Compass reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Participant Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, guides, staff, other participants, and the local community during all activities.
• Safety instructions, especially in kitchens or during tours, must be followed at all times.
• Clove Compass reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or unsafe, without refund.

6. Health and Allergies

• It is the responsibility of participants to inform Clove Compass of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may affect their participation in our services at the time of booking.
• While we strive to accommodate, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments due to the nature of our culinary activities.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, historical information, recipes, and workshop materials, is the property of Clove Compass or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from Clove Compass.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clove Compass will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services or our site.
